Warranty Terms

We are committed to providing high-quality products and services. Below are the general warranty terms:

Warranty Period

A 2 (two) year warranty is provided for products, calculated from the date of delivery (transfer) of the product to you.

Warranty Conditions

  • The warranty covers only manufacturing defects that occur during normal use.
  • Defects caused by improper use, installation, or maintenance are not covered by the warranty.
  • Warranty service is provided only upon presentation of a purchase document (invoice or receipt).

Warranty Repair Procedure

If you notice a defect, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us by phone or email, specifying the nature of the defect and the purchase document number.
  2. Deliver the product to the address specified by us or arrange for an alternative delivery method.
  3. The product will be evaluated within 14 business days of its receipt. If the warranty applies, the defect will be repaired free of charge.

Non-Warranty Cases

The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

  • The product was mechanically damaged due to improper use or an accident.
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications were made to the product.
  • The defect occurred due to unsuitable operating conditions (e.g., moisture, dust, temperature changes).
