We are committed to providing high-quality products and services. Below are the general warranty terms:
Warranty Period
A 2 (two) year warranty is provided for products, calculated from the date of delivery (transfer) of the product to you.
Warranty Conditions
- The warranty covers only manufacturing defects that occur during normal use.
- Defects caused by improper use, installation, or maintenance are not covered by the warranty.
- Warranty service is provided only upon presentation of a purchase document (invoice or receipt).
Warranty Repair Procedure
If you notice a defect, follow these steps:
- Contact us by phone or email, specifying the nature of the defect and the purchase document number.
- Deliver the product to the address specified by us or arrange for an alternative delivery method.
- The product will be evaluated within 14 business days of its receipt. If the warranty applies, the defect will be repaired free of charge.
Non-Warranty Cases
The warranty does not apply in the following cases:
- The product was mechanically damaged due to improper use or an accident.
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications were made to the product.
- The defect occurred due to unsuitable operating conditions (e.g., moisture, dust, temperature changes).
