Glass delivery:
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver glass to your door due to the high risk of breakage during courier transport. You can pick it up from the central distribution warehouse in Poland, arrange your courier to pick it up from the central distribution warehouse in Poland, or send a written agreement via email not to claim damages for glass breakage during transportation.

Delivery of heavy goods:

Please note that you will need to handle the transport of goods weighing more than 30 kg from the courier's vehicle to your home or office.

Parcel collection (IMPORTANT):

When receiving goods, please ensure that the external packaging is not damaged. If you accept a damaged package, we will no longer be able to accept your claim for damage. If the packaging is damaged, the courier must fill out a damage report.

When the courier delivers the goods, present an identification document (driver's license or passport). If another person collects the goods, provide their name and surname to our consultants when placing the order.

Keep the invoice, as it will be required for warranty service.
